MySusuPay provides tools for organizing and managing community savings circles (Susu, Hui, Kye, Tanda, etc.). We provide management software — we do not hold, transfer, or manage funds directly.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Circle organizers are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws and regulations regarding community savings groups.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Financial Disclaimer

MySusuPay is a management tool, not a financial institution. We do not provide financial advice, hold deposits, process payments, or guarantee any financial outcomes. All financial arrangements are between circle organizers and members.
