Your data is stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2 with 100,000 iterations.

• You can request deletion of your account and associated data.
• You can update your information through your account settings.

6. Email Communications

We send transactional emails related to your circle operations (reminders, confirmations, contracts). You can manage notification preferences in your account settings. We comply with CASL (Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation).
