A Susu (also called a pardner, tanda, or chit fund) is a traditional savings circle where members contribute a fixed amount each cycle, and one member receives the full pot. It's a powerful community-driven way to save and access lump sums without banks or interest.

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, your new features are available immediately. When downgrading, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

If a payment fails or you cancel your subscription, your account is immediately downgraded to Free (1 circle). Any additional circles are paused — members can still see their data, but automated reminders, payment tracking, and new invites are disabled. Simply update your payment method or resubscribe to restore full access instantly. We never delete your circles or payment history.

No contracts, no commitments. All plans are month-to-month with automatic renewal. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

Traditional — Everyone contributes the same amount, everyone receives the same payout. No fees, pure community savings.

Administrative — Same as Traditional, but the organizer charges a flat management fee per hand. You get paid for the work of running the circle.

Progressive — Earlier hands get paid sooner but receive less. Later hands wait longer but receive more. The organizer earns from the spread — no separate fee is charged.
